An estimate is not a binding contract. A written proposal or work order signed by both parties is required to constitute an agreement for services.
Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, labor availability, and site conditions discovered after work begins. Any changes to the original scope of work will be communicated to the client and require written approval before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates are confirmed at the time of scheduling. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon start dates. Delays due to weather, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control will be communicated to the client as promptly as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or significant preparation work has begun may be subject to reimbursement of those costs. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your written agreement.
Payment terms are specified in the written agreement for each project. Standard terms may include a deposit at the time of scheduling, progress payments during the project, and a final payment upon completion.
Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your agreement. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project if payment obligations are not met.

Delays or additional costs caused by conditions not disclosed prior to commencement of work may result in adjustment of the project price or timeline.
Any warranty terms for specific services will be stated in your written agreement. Where no specific warranty is stated, services are provided "as is."
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from: improper use or maintenance, use of chemicals or cleaners not approved for the installed surface, physical impact, flooding, or modifications made by parties other than Tulare Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing after project completion.
